Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the download link or file has been provided. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

Please review the product description and included materials carefully before purchasing.

We will assist you if:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• An item is missing from the purchased bundle
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• The product is materially different from its description

If you experience an issue, contact us at fetemintstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and a description of the problem. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file. When appropriate or required by applicable law, we may issue a full or partial refund.

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases after the files have been accessed, differences caused by printers or software, or failure to review the product description before purchasing.

These products are for personal use only unless the product listing expressly grants additional usage rights. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
