DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

FêteMint Studio sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After your payment is successfully processed, your download will normally be available immediately through the order-confirmation page and/or a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive your download:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
• Contact us at fetemintstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Orders requiring payment verification may experience a short delay. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files and for having compatible software or a device capable of opening them.
